We are excited to announce that Aflac's Short Term Disability for Unions is now available to all actively working Local 7 members. UA Local 7 has negotiated reduced rates for it's members for supplemental benefits provided by Aflac New York. The benefits offered by Aflac are paid for and owned by the member, are voluntary, do not coordinate with other coverage, and are portable. Also, all of the programs are guaranteed renewable, which means your premium will stay the same as long as you own the policy. No co-payments, no deductibles and no out of network restrictions.
